Why buy from us

Seven years of clearances and handovers. The price, the duty, and the arrival date are in writing before you pay.

7+ years in Kenya

We have been importing cars into Kenya since 2019. Every shipment follows the same written steps, from the quote to NTSA registration.

Duty on the quote

Duty, port charges, and our fee are separate lines. If an assessment changes, we explain it before the car moves.

Written cost before you pay

The quote splits the car, duty, port charges, and our fee. You see those lines before a deposit leaves your account.

Same-day trade-in

Bring your current car to Mombasa for a written appraisal and take that value off the car you are buying.

What buyers in Kenya say

I reserved the Q4 e-tron on a Thursday night. It was duty-paid and waiting in Mombasa two days later. They put their finance figure next to my bank's quote and let me choose.

The X5 was still in Japan when I paid the deposit. I received the auction sheet, a line-by-line duty estimate, and a Mombasa date. It cleared in the window they gave me.

I needed a Camry I could service in Mombasa, not a price that only worked on paper. They put the duty and fees in writing, registered the car, and booked the first service.

Frequently asked questions

Walk-ins are welcome during opening hours at our Mombasa showroom. Sending an inquiry means that car is cleaned and waiting, and you meet someone who knows that model.

We can introduce your file to Kenyan banks and SACCOs when you ask. Asking for a quote from us does not touch your CRB record. A credit check happens only when you apply with a lender you have chosen.

Yes. Bring it to Mombasa for a same-day written appraisal, or start online and we will confirm the figure in person. If you buy from us, that value comes off the price of the car you are taking.

Before a car is offered, we inspect the mechanicals and the body and give you the written result. Imports include the auction sheet or history report when the source market provides one. A car that fails is repaired before it is listed, or it is not listed.

If the car is not right, bring it back within 7 days or 650 km, whichever comes first, in the same condition. We refund the purchase price. The window starts when you collect the car.

Yes. We sell electric and hybrid cars and service them in bays set up for high-voltage work. Before you buy, we talk through home charging on Kenya Power and what the car costs to run here.

You can reserve a car and review the duty breakdown from wherever you are. We hand over in Mombasa, and we arrange transport to other towns. NTSA registration is part of the handover, not an errand we leave with you.

Where a manufacturer warranty still applies in Kenya, you get it. Other cars leave with the cover we state in writing before you pay. Extended service contracts can be priced next to the monthly estimate on the listing.
